Shipping Info

Your order will always be discreetly and securely packaged in an appropriate sized plain Jiffy envelope with no reference to what is inside.  For maximum discretion your Credit Card / debit card statement will bare no reference to our company or the items you have purchased. Your privacy and ours is and always will be a priority.

All orders are sent via standard tracked delivery which must be signed for. If there is no one available at the time of delivery to sign then the item will be held at your local post office collection point for up to 30 days ready for your collection. On rare occasions the delivery company may fail to leave a calling card, it is always worth checking with your local collection point when you feel the delivery is taking longer than expected. Take a valid ID and proof of address. If we track an order and it is identified as missing we will send a replacement.

We aim to have all items packaged and sent within 48 hours of having received your order. Please note this only applies to Monday – Thursday as Friday – Sunday there is a higher risk of loss during transit. You will be notified automatically once we have received the order and then once again when it has been successfully processed.

Before submitting your order please ensure that your delivery address is correct, it is your responsibility to enter the full and exact delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery if the address has been entered incorrectly.

  • Orders under £200 to the United Kingdom cost £8.50 shipping.
  • Orders over £200 are free to ship.
  • Special delivery is available at an additional cost which may be a faster option.

If you do need to get in touch with us for whatever reason please remember to include your order number and reply with all corresponding history included. This will speed up any relevant process by making it easier for us to identify any problems.
